"Had the most beautiful Hake and butter bean and chorizo cassoulet today, absolutely to die for, soft white fish with flavours that literally danced on your tongue. I cannot recommend this beautiful restaurant enough, guys if you have never been then I all I can say is your life is not complete. Maybe our 10th visit and we will keep coming back for more."

"Visit Med at Olana at the weekend and what a treat it is! We came down from Wakefield to celebrate our anniversary & this restaurant really made the occasion special. The restaurant is small & intimate which gives it a delightful vibe. I will say that this does mean if there are any groups in the restaurant that are slightly louder than the rest, you will hear their whole conversation. The menu is small & seasonal, which I love, because I am a nightmare when it comes to choosing on a big menu. We had three courses and each one was amazing! The whipped goats cheese & seabream were particularly spectacular. Everything was cooked fresh in the open kitchen & you could really tell! All of the staff that looked after us were brilliant. They were so attentive and made sure that we had everything that we needed. The restaurant is in the middle of two pretty loud bars/clubs but the minute you walk in and close the door, you would honestly never know. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough - such a special treat! Not to missed."

"We had a perfect meal here last night while celebrating our engagement. We started with the mushroom arancini and gambas pil pil, which were absolutely amazing. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was spot on, and the food was delicious all round. I love that they keep the menu small and change it regularly — it means there’s always something new to try. We’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend it."

"We had this place recommended to us and booked a few weeks back - glad we did as it was busy. From the minute we walked in until we left it was absolutely superb. Service was friendly and welcoming and none of us could fault any aspect of our meal - it was excellent. Four starters, four mains, two bottles of wine, three pints, a gin and tonic and a coffee at £50 per person!!! Absolutely brilliant value and worth every penny. Simply could not fault our food - the polpette and the gambas starters were delicious. The beef pasta dish (12 hour) was simply stunning and the pizza was excellent - first time ever we didn’t have room for a dessert. Would highly recommend and will definitely return."

"Would 1000% recommend eating here, nicest Italian food I’ve ever had and that is absolutely not an over exaggeration. We went for a double date on a Saturday and it was a tiny bit slow for service but not enough for me to knock a star off, the waitresses were particularly lovely and friendly, it was just busy. The food was tasty, fresh, great ingredients (olives a particular highlight unusually!), and very reasonable prices. We will definitely be coming back here with our friends and family."
